Damaged or incorrect items

We provide refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged or are different from what you ordered. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an unwanted gift, or choosing a different color after delivery, except where required by applicable law.

How to report a problem

Email 9366227@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. When practical, include photos of the item and its packaging so we can understand what happened. Please contact us as soon as you discover a problem. We do not impose an additional fixed reporting deadline under this policy.

Refunds and replacements

After reviewing the issue, we will arrange a replacement or a refund for the affected item. An approved replacement, including shipping within the United States, is provided at no additional cost. For an approved damaged-item or incorrect-item claim, you do not need to mail the item back to us, so there is no return postage or restocking fee. Please contact us before sending any item back.

Approved refunds are issued promptly to the original payment method. The time until a refund appears in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and may vary by location. We will confirm when we issue the refund. If it has not appeared after your provider's stated processing period, contact us at the email above so we can check its status.

Unshipped or missing orders

If an order has not arrived, contact us so we can investigate and arrange any remedy required by applicable law. If we cannot ship within the promised dispatch time, we will notify you and provide the choice of agreeing to a revised shipping date or cancelling for a prompt refund. See our Shipping Policy.

This policy does not exclude or limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights relating to defective or misdescribed goods, non-delivery, and required refunds for shipment delays.
