Shopping with AE Finds

These terms apply to purchases from AE Finds and use of our online store. Please read them together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Products and prices

Our products include Dolly Duck, a 3D-printed duck collectible. Review the product description, selected color, and quantity before ordering. Product prices are shown in US dollars. We offer free shipping within the United States. Eligible discounts, any applicable taxes, and the final order total are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Prices and product information may change for future purchases. A later change will not increase the price of an order you have already placed. If we discover a material error that affects your order, we will contact you before making a change. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel it and promptly refund the amount paid for the unshipped items.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact and shipping information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Placing an order authorizes payment of the total shown at checkout. Keep your order confirmation for reference. If you notice an error in your order details, contact us so we can check whether a correction is still possible.

Shipping

Orders ship from the United States within 24 hours of ordering. This is the time to dispatch your order, not a promise of delivery within 24 hours. Carrier transit time varies by destination and service. See our Shipping Policy for shipping information.

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you by that deadline and give you the choice to agree to a revised shipping date or cancel for a prompt refund of the amount paid for the unshipped items. If we cannot provide a revised shipping date, we will explain that and your cancellation options. We will not treat these terms as advance consent to a shipping delay.

Damaged or incorrect items

We provide after-sales support for items that arrive damaged or are different from what you ordered. We do not accept returns for a change of mind or other personal reasons. Please read our Refund Policy for how to report a problem and how we handle a remedy.

When contacting us, include your order number and a short description of the issue. Photos can help us understand damage or an incorrect item when practical. These terms do not impose an additional reporting deadline.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms or our policies excludes or limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights relating to defective goods or goods that do not match their description.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms for future use of the store and future orders. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
